Sales Tax
Lawmen’s charges sales tax for all shipments to North Carolina and South Carolina. All other states pay no sales tax. Sales tax will not apply to approved agencies in all states.

Return and Exchange Procedures
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it via insured parcel post or Fed-Ex within 30 days of receipt for a refund (minus shipping and handling). If you return items after 30 days, a store credit will be issued on your account which you can use against future purchases. Refunds/Credit will only be issued for items which are in new condition. If the item has been used and is not defective, Lawmen’s will not accept it and it will be returned to you. Please use the following steps in returning your order:

1. If your order has been damaged by the carrier:

• Call the carrier’s local office and request a representative pick up the damaged products
• Pack the product in the original shipping box
• The carrier will contact you and pick up the package
• The carrier will contact Lawmen’s with the results of the investigation and we will take the appropriate actions

2. If your order was incorrectly filled by Lawmen's and/or you would like to return or exchange your product(s):

• Please call us at (800) 426-3486 and a customer service representative will assist you in correcting your order

Privacy Policy
Lawmen’s will not sell, share, or in any way disseminate your personal contact information to third parties. All information provided by you will be retained by Lawmen’s alone and may be used for future Lawmen’s marketing efforts. If for any reason you wish to be removed from our mailing list, not receive future marketing materials, change your personal information, or stop receiving newsletters, please call (800) 426-3486 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.

Important Legal Notice
Lawmen's cannot know or be aware of all the local, state, and federal restrictions regarding the products we sell. Therefore, Lawmen’s does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry specific items offered on our website. These products include, but are not limited to: chemical sprays/munitions, ammunition, knives, fuses/flares, crowd control devices, firearms, and other items. When you place an order with us, you warrant that you are a legal adult without legal disabilities which would prohibit you from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring these items under applicable federal, state, or local laws. You also warrant that you are in complete compliance with local, federal and state regulations.

Ordering Policy
Lawmen’s reserves the right to accept or reject any and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is made. All orders become valid, and the sale shall be deemed made in Raleigh, North Carolina or Columbia, South Carolina subject to the terms set forth herein, when accepted by Lawmen’s, Inc. in Raleigh, North Carolina or Columbia, South Carolina. All sales are subject to the laws of the State of North Carolina or South Carolina, and the venue for all disputes shall be in the courts of North Carolina. No change, modification or revision of your order shall be valid unless agreed to in writing by Lawmen’s. Any terms and conditions set forth in the buyers purchase order shall not materially alter terms and conditions set forth herein by Lawmen’s.

Restricted Items:
All restricted items must be shipped to an Agency or Departmental address. You will need to provide a current Department phone number and physical address in order for us to verify your information. Orders with incorrect or in-valid information will not be shipped.

Pricing Policy
The pricing in this publication is current upon receipt. Every effort is made to keep our marketing materials error-free, but sometimes a mistake may slip by. In the event of any error, Lawmen’s reserves the right to correct the error.
Lawmen's also offers quantity discounts when purchasing large numbers of a specific SKU. For a quantity price break, please ask your customer service representative for the necessary quantity and its pricing.

Ammunition Shipping Agreement: (Ammunition coming soon!)
In order to complete your purchase of small arms ammunition you must agree to the following: You are 18 years of age or older for the purchase of shotgun or rifle ammunition or 21 years of age or older for the purchase of handgun ammunition; There are no local, state or Federal laws prohibiting you from purchasing ammunition; You are not a fugitive from justice; You are not an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substance Act, 21 U.S.C. 802); You have not been adjudicated as a mental defective or have been committed to any mental institution; You are not an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States; You have not been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions; You, having been a citizen of the United States, have not renounced citizenship; You have not been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence; You are not subject to a court order that restrains you from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner, child or person, or engaging in other conduct that would place an intimate partner in reasonable fear of bodily injury to the partner, child or person; You realize that ammunition can be dangerous and accept full responsibility and all liability for its safe use and storage; You have selected the proper ammunition and understand that ammunition is non-returnable.

Freight Policies
Orders are received and processed during business hours. Our hours are Monday -Friday 8:30am -5:00pm. We require 2 to 3 business days for processing before orders are shipped.

Please make sure you give us a physical street address, NOT a post office address. Due to the nature of our business, someone will need to be present to sign for your order once it arrives at its destination. This is used as a safety precaution to ensure packages are received by purchaser.

*All Restricted items must be shipped to a Departmental or Agency address. You must provide a current Departmental address or your order may be cancelled.

In-stock items ship via Fed-Ex Ground or US Postal Priority Mail. Items may ship separately, and take 4 to 10 business days for delivery. We will notify you once your order has shipped via email.

Items on back order are ordered from the manufacturer and shipped as soon as we receive them. Delivery time varies from 2 to 6 weeks depending on manufacturer. You will receive an email once your order is processed as to if your item has been placed on backorder from the manufacturer.
