The following items are considered final sale and not eligible for return unless it is deemed our error in the ordering or shipping process:
- Special Orders
- Custom items (including but not limited to body armor, badges, etc.)
- Engraved items
- Altered items (including hemming, patchwork, sewing, heat pressed, button swaps, etc.)
- HAZMAT or regulated materials including but not limited to self-defense sprays, chemical kits, select first aid kits and components cannot be accepted
- Gift Certificates/Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law
All returns but be in new resalable condition in its original packaging. Shipping is non-refundable and the product will be returned at the customer's expense unless the item is deemed defective or was shipped incorrectly then a call tag will be issued.
All returns require a return authorization number prior to sending the product back. This can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department at (800) 426-3486 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- If a replacement item needs to be ordered
- Verification your original payment method is still valid

All returns will be inspected for compliance prior to refund. Any unqualified items will be returned to the address it originated from and no refund will be issued. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. It is recommended to use tracking and an insured shipping method to return the product.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used on the original order. If the same payment method is no longer available or the credit card was charged more than 180 days prior a check may need to be issued for the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is related to our error.
Many products have manufacturer's warranties. For returns or repairs related to matters covered by a manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer directly for instructions to repair or replace your product.
